2.Product Description

     2-part liquid silicone rubber,which is suitable for injection

     or extrusion molding with tracking resistance  1A 3.5 grade,

     mixing ratio of parts A:B=1:1,withstanding middle and

     high voltage, catalyzed by platinum .The appearance of A

     is transparent and B is gray.

5.Storage

Correctly stored in its original closed container at room temperature (max 30°C). SQUARE® LIM2930/2945AB has a shelf life of 12 months. The ready to use LIM2930/2945AB should be kept tightly closed, if doesn’t , it will affect the shelf life.

6.How to use

Ready-to-use mixtures(components  A and B)are fed directly to injection molding machine from the original containers by means of a metering end mixing unit (called static mixer) The mixture(at the mixing ratio 1/ 1) is injected into the heated mould. The shelf life is 7 days (23°C) after mixing. The pipline should be cleared if the machine won’t work for long time.

7.Packaging

    20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
